You have a heritage; honor it. You will meet temptation; withstand it. You know the truth; live it. You possess a testimony; share it. -Pres. Thomas S. Monson

Divine Potential

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate, our deepest fear is
that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness
that most frightens us. Your playing small does not serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t
feel insecure around you. We were all meant to shine as little children do.
Its not just in some of us, its in everyone. And as we let our own light shine,
we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are
liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

Moments In Life

You will have significant experiences. I hope that you will write them down and keep a record of them, that you will read them from time to time and refresh your memory of those meaningful and significant things. Some may be funny. Some may be significant only to you. Some of them may be sacred and quietly beautiful. Some may build one upon another until they represent a lifetime of special experiences. "Gordon B. Hinckley

Hit the Snooze

I have an issue with staying up way to late lately...My own fault, but I pay for it in the morning when I have to get up and get the girls ready for school. This morning..Lacey woke up at 6:00am I ended up bringing her into bed with me because I was not ready to get up yet. Then the alarm went off at 7:30... when I should be getting up to get the girls hair done and make them breakfast, but I have been hitting the snooze the last couple days once or twice.

So I must be doing this more than I think I am, because this morning...The alarm went off and Lacey raised her head up and hit the snooze button for me. It was funny and cute all at the same time. She just laied back down afterwards and went back to sleep. I don't know if this is a good thing that I am teaching her at such a young age, but lately she hasn't been doing anything that goes along with her age...she is growing up way to fast!

That is so funny! Ava's starting to copy things we do and so we've had to be careful. Oh and we aren't announcing anything . . . I made those 2 dresses for my nieces. Ava's wasn't shown. Hope you guys are doing well! Oh and I'm really bad about responding on blogs, but about the blogbook . . . I made it on booksmart/blurb.com
